Review of Night of the Creeps (1986) by Maxwell D — 21 Feb 2008
Somewhat of a cult horror movie that nerds want to see because it is pretty hard to find. No DVD release, and VHS copies go for as much as $50 on Amazon. The movie uses some pretty clever ideas, ok effects, and a nag to pay tribute to some great directors.
But the characters are dumb, the humor is not that funny, the talky moments mixed with drama in relationships is boring, and the only really good gore comes at the finale.
