Review of Night of the Comet (1984) by Mike F — 10 Feb 2008
This is so far up my alley I can taste it, and yet for some reason I didn't get a huge connection. I mean, Valley Grils vs. Zombies in a post-apocalyptic LA should work. What I really don't get is the male lead.
He leaves to find out what happened to his family, comes back without having found them in a Santa Claus costume. Then, he finds out the heroine's in trouble...and goes to save her in a Cowboy costume.
That means he's taking valuable time to go find new costumes, instead of directly saving the world. Unacceptable.
