Some egregiously lolarious '80s moments, but I really can't believe this movie is rated so highly. The plot is as tissue paper, the action scenes are terrible, the hair is a crime, and the zombies are a barely-there afterthought. Doesn't even work very well as cheese.
I'll give it an extra 1/2 star for the sassy little girl who wants her stuffed bunny and a submachine gun, and for the counterintuitively cheerful ending.
