Review of Night Moves (1975) by Joshua M — 13 Sep 2007
One of the best films made in the 70s. Hackman is never better as a washed up PI trying to find the truth about a missing girl. Mysterious and understated the film is a critque about human beings need to help others as a means to serve their own vanity and loneliness.
Incredible yet shocking ending much in line with other downbeat 70's thrillers like Electra Glide in Blue and The Parallax view.
