Review of Night Moves (1975) by Bo K — 06 Apr 2008
A lesser known neo-noir film from 1975, featuring the witty, likable screen presence of Gene Hackman as P.I. Harry Moseby. The pale cousin of Chinatown has a few moves of its own, with interesting twists, if you have the patience for it that is.
By the third act I was rapt, admiring the understated performance while my girlfriend climbed the walls.
