Review of Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (2008) by Heather L — 20 Jun 2010

Still not sure about if this is 3 1/2 or 4 stars - wasn't especially great, but I had fun and I'm glad I watched it. The music/band aspect was clever, and Nick's friends made it a little unexpected. I liked that Norah wasn't the MOST ADORABLE CLEVER GIRL EVAR - it's refreshing to see a girl just being a girl, and pretty in a different way than most pretty actresses. And some great Jewish humor! Chosen people FTW! But the plot was fairly (very) predictable -- though enough about it was fun that it didn't distract me *too* much. Could have done without the puking. That... was gross.

Also, I love Jay Baruchel. Soooooo cute.
