Review of Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (2008) by Donna L — 21 Jun 2010
Although, unlike so many among my peers and generation, I generally fondly remember junior high and high school, I sure would've enjoyed it a heck of a lot more if my young life had been more like Nick's, his cuckolding notwithstanding.
At least he was getting it on. I love the favorite familiar places in this film's unusually authentic-feeling New York City setting: Crash Mansion, Mercury Lounge, Veselka, Port Authority. As she did to a lesser degree in Charlie Bartlett, Kat Dennings breaks my heart.
