Sure it's plot is a little thin and formulaic and it seems a certainty how the story is going to end, but the performances of Michael Cera and Kat Dennings along with Peter Sollett's light-handed direction make this film more enjoyable than one would expect.
It helps that the soundtrack is filled with great songs and music.
