Review of Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (2008) by David F — 09 Aug 2012

Relates the event-filled night of a group of teenagers in New York city as they search out an underground concert, get drunk, get into fights, fall in love, connect and break up. This type of teen movie has been done many times before, and better than this (see Dazed and Confused) but this is still a cut above many other similar efforts.

The script displays a quick wit, some of the happenings are inventive and Kat Dennings performance as the naive, sarcastic, and longing teenaged girl next door is worthy of the label Molly Ringwaldesque.

All in all, you could do worse.
