Sure it's a cool power but the whole premise is just stupid that the FBI would waste time and resources on the possibility that someone could see 2 minutes into the future to stop a nuclear attack instead of doing their job.
That being said the whole rest of the movie is kind of stupid too. On the bonus side of things Jessica Biel is mighty hot, however her chemistry with Nic Cage is non-existent.
