I like the premise of this movie... the mix between shoot-'em-motherfuckers-dead action and clairvoyant time travel worked fine and was pretty original - at least I had never seen these together. Some CGI seemed very cheap, but the music gave good ambience.
Maybe some more work giving depth to the villains could be nice. I would give it 80% if it wasn't for Cage's hair (just joking, actually).
