Review of New York Stories (1989) by Alex H — 28 Jun 2007
Three great directors with three short stories that all seem to fail. Woody Allen's is hilarious, but somewhat repetitive. Coppola's was co-written with his then young daughter Sophia and is aimed at a younger crowd.
Scorsese's is anything but impressing and fails at capturing the true essence of a lost artist.
