Review of New York Stories (1989) by Ben W — 12 Jul 2007
Scorsese's short film was very good, yet disturbing (and surprisingly artsy for a Scorsese film).
The Coppola film was amazingly boring and feels like it was a school project that Sofia wrote in 5th grade and Francis didn't feel like writing a short film.
Woody Allen's film is extremely funny, although is your typical Woody Allen comedy.
Overall, an interesting watch, although the Coppola film feels horribly boring sandwhiched in between two far superior short films.
