Review of New York Stories (1989) by Caleb M — 22 Sep 2009
A pleasant two hours. Scorsese's is the best, filled with style, anger, tension and confusion. Coppola's misses the mark; it's cute without being interesting and has some cheesy performances from its young actors.
Allen's is a light, charming tale with some delightful and believably written characters.
