Review of New York Stories (1989) by Scott M — 14 May 2017
Three short stories, one each directed by Scorcese, Coppola, and Woody Allen. The first story is lacklustre starring Nick Nolte as an artist obsessed with his attractive assistant. The second is a dull tale of a mature girl about 12 years of age who charms her friends and parents.
Finally, Woody Allen stars as a lawyer who can't seem to escape his mother. I'm not a fan of Allen but his segment was pretty good and the best of the three.
