This Ferris Bueller wannabe/Simple Plan promotional vehicle/kiddie comedy stretches the limits of believability far beyond their limits. What happens when cute white teen twins show up in Harlem? Why, the local beauty parlor gives them a free makeover and loans them a car, of course.
And that's far from the worst of it. This is basically a 90-minute fashion show so you can see how many cute dresses & undresses they can get the girls into.
