Review of New York, I Love You (2008) by David O — 26 May 2010

This collage of lovely short films gives a glimpse into possibilities of love and sex in this blackhole called NYC, where memories can never catch up with the pace of the city. I find the individual short film work much better on its own, for it's hard to find any sense of unity when you put all of them together.

You leave the movie thinking, "nice, but so what?".
