Review of New York, I Love You (2008) by Emily B — 14 May 2010
Gorgeous film that really captures the essence of New York City. It's my favorite place in the whole world and this film made me miss it so much. I'm debating jumping on a bus tomorrow and spending the day there. One more year and I will be calling it home after I graduate!
My favorite scene was the one with Robin Wright. It reminded me of her scene in Nine with Jason Isaacs. These days acting isn't appreciated so much as an art, as who is the hottest actor or actress but seeing Robin Wright act is a reminder of the true intensity and art that acting should be.
