Review of New York Doll (2005) by Adrian B — 17 Aug 2007
I was only loosly familer with the New York Dolls prior to seeing this, and had no idea who Arthur Kane was, but after seeing it my heart was breaking for him. Its really well done and doesn't stop being interesting.
Also, I think we all know that theres something up with Mormens, but I have something of a special appriciation for the Mormen faith after seeing this. If they were smart, they'd pass out copies of this movie with their little pamphlets.
This movie is truly the greatest PR tool they could ever wish for. (btw, Arthur Kane is a converted Mormen).
