Review of New Jack City (1991) by Mec R — 08 Mar 2008
Drugs, crime, urban grit. Mario Van Peebles makes for a better director than actor; nonetheless, we are given the rough end of the urban/ghetto crime life. Great performance by Wesley Snipes, Ice T wasn't bad, and Judd Nelson, well, could have been a little better.
Some of the sound & effects were off, yet this film maintained some pretty good cinematography.
