A cinematic portrait of the Crack Epidemic that detonated in the mid eighties and turned petty street thugs & hustlaz into Fortune 500 Pharmacists. Displayed vivid images of the tranformation of sloppy street corner rackets into Complex Corporate Distrubutioners.
I acknowledge that this is not a 5 star flick, I gave it 5 cause I'm a fan of it, if not I'd say 3.5.
