Review of Never Say Never Again (1983) by Adam B — 15 Oct 2008
For an unofficial Bond pic, and the first time Connery had filled the role in almost a decade, this one ain't too bad, even if it's just an updating of Thunderball... The production design and plot is good for the time, as are most of the leads.
.. Only problem for me is that I enjoy alot of the familiarity that the series has with the different side characters and structure, so for this to go against that (and with Connery no less) it detracts a bit.
