Review of Never Say Never Again (1983) by Matthew J — 23 Nov 2012
This "Bond" film is more like a parody of what Sean Connery said about not being James Bond ever again. Is very noticeable that this film is not of Eon, the quality control is, ironically, out of control.
Also, even if Sean Connery plays Bond (see the irony again?) that's not enough. And even so, Connery looks too old to play an intrepid agent, and the movie overall is like a very out-of-the-rails Bond film that doesn't deserve much attention.
And this probably features the most anti-climatic adventure for 007.
