I found this movie really beautiful. The acting was very, very impressive, some of the best i've ever seen. yes it was depressing and everyone asks why they couldn't just run away, but I don't think there would be a story if they did.
The music was perfect for every scene and I LOVED the costume designer for this movie. The clothes each character would wear was just perfect for their character. I love the heart breakingness of this movie, it felt very real.
