I read the book before I watched the movie, which was a chore in itself. It wasnt half as hard as watching it. The acting was good but because I hated the storyline so much I couldn't appreciate it.
The storyline is heartbreaking and soul destroying. Don't watch this unless you are seriously considering suicide, because I really don't see why anyone would want to watch it otherwise.
