Direct to rental co-written, directed and starring martial arts aficionado Michael Jai White returning to the role as Case Walker who at the opening by refusing to listen to his trainer of easing on his opponent on the ring while fighting underground.
Once his trainer leaves him, he would then agree to help a former friend, Brody (Josh Barnett) train for a fight in Thailand, Bangkok against "Psycho" Caesar Braga (Nathan Jones) for a corrupt promoter of the PFC (Primortal Fighting Championship) named Hugo Braga played by Esai Morales.
Muay thai auteur Tony Jaa has a small cameo appearance as one of the spectators in which the main baddie also starred in one of Tony Jaa's movies called "The Protector" made in 2005.
