Review of Never Back Down (2008) by Chris H — 30 Aug 2009
Watched this in a bank holiday monday afternoon hoping it would be a no brainer film and thankfully wasn't let down. Can see how it gets compared to a modern day karate kid with the new kid getting his ass kicked, learning the trade (MMA) and then coming back to kick ass all this whilst the love interest is thrown in too.
As a huge UFC fan the MMA element also contributed to my enjoyment of the film.
