A very well written, intelligent movie. A bit on the dry side but skews very well the business side of news, scrutinizing the profit motive. It lampoons TVs crazed rangers, the businessmen narrowly focused on ratings, and the society complicit to it all.
The first third is slow and while it's a very dry humor with some lag, there are multiple key scenes and phrases and really make this movie great and very memorable. I particularly liked the "you are messing with the forces of nature!" guy; even if I think I'm suppose to disagree with him.
