Brilyant. An amazing script that is just inspiring with a real point and something to say. "I'm mad as hell and am not gonna take it anymore!".

Jaw dropping performances all around too, filled with rage and anger but justifiably so. Its a film I felt a real connection with-I bloomin despise the constant news channels and the banality of watching what were told to watch and buy what were told to buy. Oh look x factors on I must watch it coz other people are, oh look westlife are doing their new song I therefore must buy it. Just leave the telly on even tho this show is attrocious. Just leave the news channel on for 3 hours until you can repeat it word for word. I must look like such and such a person looked in that magazine. Its all pretty soul destroying. We should not all be the same as each other. Ever. Individuality is an awesome thing. Infact its raaaad. Life should be joy and laughter and people thinking for themselves, not becoming a "humanoid" and doing what you think you have to be doing. Do whatever makes YOU happy. Moments and words in this will stay with me without a doubt. Its also very funny - although admittedly only in its first third. The ending is also perfect.....Truman show style. Overall its the words and ideas in this that linger longest, they leave you feeling as if anything is possible but coupled with a dark feeling surrounding them too. In conclusion - Howard Beale is a legend!
