Review of Network (1976) by Dan S — 13 Jan 2012
An interesting, humorous and even chilling satire of the industry of media. Finch's performance is particularly effective, and Dunaway's hard-edged character is likeably hateable. Even though the world of media has changed since its initial release, the ideas and message of the film couldn't be more applicable, especially in the time that I viewed this (2011, recession-time).
