Review of Nerve (2016) by Timothy A — 11 Feb 2017
Fairly good if occasionally too far-fetched entry into the current spate of social media thriller/horror films. Emma Roberts comes off as a little too bland in what is, to be fair the everywoman role, whereas Dave Franco, who isn't normally leading man material, excels in the role of the stranger of questionable morality.
If not brilliant, the whole thing's certainly a nudge above what you might expect.
