The execution on this unique plot line was garbage. If you're in the mood for a bad (lightweight) teen thriller with Emma Roberts or Dave Franco, sure... Go see it. But just go in knowing that, like any bad thriller, it relies on spectacle much more heavily than character development or any semblance of smart/effective storytelling.
