Review of Nerve (2016) by Dereck D — 28 Aug 2016

This was a decent movie. I did not know anything about it going into it. The premise was different and showed a possible dark side to the crowd sourcing we have all come to love. It also serves as a warning about putting too much of ourselves on the internet.

Overall, I found myself rooting for the heroine and hero. There is a surprise twist. All for a satisfying ending. The movie did feel a bit rushed, but this is the case with book adaptations. You either get 4 movies that drag on for years or cliff notes in movie form.
