What the hell is this crap? It wasn't as disturbing as it was unnecessary. It was like a bunch of 10 year olds with a camera saying, "Oh, look a penis." There are some respectable gore effects here, but I found myself just not caring.
Skip this, not because it will disturb you, but because it is just boring.
