Sure it doesn't measure up to other college comedy films like Animal House, but Zac Efron's and Seth Rogen's performances(as the supporting cast) in this movie make it stand out from the usual teen comedy fare.
Is Neighbors going to be a memorable movie? No. Is there anything new about it? Not really. Is it still a fun film to watch? Yes.
