Neighbors: As far as screwball comedies go, this one, about a couple with a newborn baby who gets into an escalating feud with their new frat house neighbors, has a predictable premise and an adequate number of belly laughs.
It's a decent time killer but its meandering plot will have you forgeting about it seconds after it is over. C+.
