Neighbors is about a couple who live in a quiet town when a fraternity moves in next door. Seth Rogen and Zac Efron play rivals to discredit each other. The plot is hilarious and original, these guys crap me up.
Lots of sexual comments and crazy pot scenes. It is definitely worth watching.
