37% - Neighbors is a film that gets boring pretty easily especially in the second half. It stretches the premise so much after an hour due to running out of ideas. It seems like the cast is having a lot of fun when filming it and we can understand it as their performances look quite realistic.
But it is not sufficient enough to provide a wholesome entertaining movie.
