Has a great premise, but fails to deliver the right amount of comedy and a sense of direction of where the story is going. "Neighbors" might have a few chuckle moments here and there, but not enough to keep me interest because the characters weren't that engaging and the jokes were already "Been there, and done that".
Also, enough with the sex and pot jokes, Rogen. It's too childish,man. They're lame and unimaginative, not to mention predictable. Don't be the next Sandler.
