There's just something lost about recycled tread. It just doesn't feel the same the second go around. "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" certainly has its moments but for the most part many of the jokes fall flat and some of the character's decision making isn't natural but feels forced by the writers.
I really enjoyed the first Neighbors. I somewhat enjoyed this one but found myself thinking afterwards how much better this could have been. The magic in the first film is gone and instead a well attempted but lacking film.
