While it starts off slow and isn't nearly as funny as the first "Neighbors".
"Sorority Rising" does what most comedy sequels can't. It keeps you engaged while telling a new story about the characters you already know and love,.
While at the same time it keeps you laughing enough to forgo idea that this is what it is: An unnecessary sequel to a very original and funny first installment.
