Follows blindly in the footsteps of its only slightly superior predecessor hitting all the same highs and lows. There are more than enough laughs to make it worth the watch but it only skims the surfaces of the various themes and messages it's trying to discuss.
It's a much smarter movie adhering to something easily digestible.
