Neighbors 2 is a smart sequel that took a huge risk, in my opinion, playing with a sensitive topic that is equality/feminism. It's pretty relevant and up-to-date with relevant topics of today, however being the touchy subject that they are, more than offending someone, I feel the risk was on actually being funny or taken as their propaganda.
As in, a movie that promotes social justice rather than making fun observations about them. And as a matter of fact, they do have plenty of not just bad jokes, but cringe-worthy bad jokes, but a good amount of them are good enough to make this a worthy sequel to a funny movie.
