This is definitely not a great movie.
Why? Although the story is solid, and the acting quite good, it lacks the "umph" the first one had. You will laugh a lot, but there are too many cringe-inducing moments that really could've been spared. And sadly most of the great gags you see on the trailer were not included in the final movie.
Definitely go if you want to laugh and have a fun time, but if something else is showing (as long as it's not the TMNT movie) go for that.
