This sequel to Neighbors is a good laugh and the gags in this I, personally, found very amusing. However, if this film was without it's wacky humor, Neighbors 2 could of flopped very badly. Zac Efron surprised me once again with his ability to prove that he definitely can make people laugh in a comedy flick.
Chloe-Grace Moretz also proved herself to be an amazing actress in Neighbors 2 as well as a lot of the other female characters. NEIGHBORS 2: SORORITY RISING - 3/5 STARS.
