Review of Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising (2016) by Blake B — 22 May 2016
A large step up from its predecessor, Sorority Rising is a worthy sequel to Neighbors with plenty more laughs, a better script, and frankly, a better story (even though it is a slight rehash of the first).
Neighbors 2 surprisingly, and brilliantly tackles important issues like ageism, sexism, and racism throughout its run time. Although some moments in the film are unnecessary, it is still a gleefully good time, and a much better finished product than the original.
