Better than what critics may give it credit for. Simple, adrenalin-pumping sequences strung as a semblance of a putative plot that may fuel that excellent series of racing games (esp the "hot pursuit" bits).
Doesn't hurt to see footage of a Bugatti Veyron being catapulted by an empty copcar, and some pretty nice Lambo & Koenigseggs :).
