Complete wank. The story is all over the place and the car chases aren't even good. The characters are really annoying, especially the black chappy pilot. The only saving grace is Michael Keaton and even the character he plays is a complete and utter mong.
He is a multi-millionaire who every year holds this massive underground car race and yet he only gets to see the race on this tiny computer screen were the cars are just blobs running on a red line. Maybe this is just for gear heads, which I am not.
