It's a car-movie. If you're complaining about a shallow story then you're looking in the wrong genre. Of course it was going to be a basic story-line, it's a movie on one of the games with the most ridiculous stories ever, what else did you expect??
Great action, great POV cams and nicer cars than what we've seen in a movie in quite a few years. I loved it.
