The picture is as grey as the isolation of Montana and Nebraska can be but we have a surprising amount of colour provided by the main character and his search for a million dollars that isn't coming and a son that wants to reconnect with him.
Delightful work by Payne accentuated by some nice performance. Will Forte plays the straight man for a chance to good effect.
